Terms and Conditions of Sale
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to determine the conditions under which Andrea Linder, a teacher in the French National Education System, acting as an independent contractor, provides teaching services to individuals wishing to subscribe to her services.
Linder Entreprise – Bilingual by Linder
Sole proprietorship / Siren no. 987 996 113
Registered address and office at 15 rue de l’Amiral Roussin, 75015 Paris
Hereinafter referred to as “The Professor”; the purchaser of the services shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Client.”
Subject matter of the contract
The Teacher offers the Client who accepts it a contract for teaching and academic support services, at home and similar locations or at the headquarters of Bilingual by Linder, with students and individuals of their choice.
It includes the following main services: teaching, grading, lesson preparation, documentary research, and assessment reports.
Three services are offered: private lessons, a Cambridge teaching program, and a music program for schools.
Commitment, duration, and termination of the contract for private lessons
The Customer signs a weekly course contract, with no time limit, which is automatically renewed week by week. He agrees with the Teacher on the pace and duration of the lessons.
The Client may cancel or terminate the lessons at any time, without incurring any costs and without prior notice, by informing the Teacher by any means. Any hours already paid for will not be refunded.
Regularity of private lessons
Classes are held regularly. Exceptionally, they may be canceled or rescheduled at no cost to the Client after informing the Teacher, unless the cancellation is too close to the time of the service (24 hours in advance, except in exceptional cases such as illness).
The Professor may, in exceptional circumstances and under the same conditions, cancel a class. Frequent cancellation of lessons will result in the permanent termination of the contract.
In the absence of prior notification of cancellation by the Client, and in the event that the Teacher has traveled to the lesson, travel expenses will be charged. They amount to 30% of the course price.
Commitment, duration, and termination of the contract for Cambridge education programs and the music program
The Customer signs up for a limited-time course contract (specified in the description when ordering), comprising a predetermined number of sessions. The pace and duration of lessons are determined by the Teacher.
The Client may cancel or terminate lessons at any time, without incurring any fees and without prior notice, by informing the Teacher by any means. However, any hours already paid for will not be refunded.
Validity of the contract
These contractual terms and conditions are valid until the end of the school year, which is set at July 31 of the current year.
The Professor reserves the right to propose new terms and conditions of sale and pricing on that date. They shall only come into effect once they have been accepted by the Customer by continuing the lessons.
Professor’s fees
The teacher’s fees correspond to the rates indicated on the bilingualbylinder.com website.
These rates are net of taxes, exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 261 – 4 – 4° and 239 B of the General Tax Code.
Course fees
Payment for courses is made when placing an order on the billingualbylinder.com website before the services are provided. Exceptionally, payment may be made at the end of the month for the previous month; in this case, payment must be made within fifteen days of receipt of the invoice.
Payments are made via the bilingualbylinder.com website, by credit card or bank transfer.
Failure to pay or late payment will result in the termination of lessons. Credit is not granted.
Late payment penalties amount to 5% of the sums due and a fixed collection fee of €40. They begin 60 days after receipt of the invoice.
Teacher Responsibilities
The Professor undertakes to fulfill the obligations specified below during the contract period.
1) Il met en œuvre tous les moyens dont il dispose pour assurer la réussite de ses enseignements.
2) Il fournit en fin de mois, si besoin, une Facture mensuelle des prestations à régler.

Civil liability
In accordance with Article 1218 of the Civil Code, cases of force majeure exempt the parties from liability. They are only liable for their direct failures.
Provision of estimates
The Professor shall prepare and send a quote at the express request of the Client.
